Myth busting briefing on Sex and Relationships Education (SRE)

The Catholic Education Service for England and Wales has produced a ‘myth-busting’ document that hopes to provide clarity and alleviate any concerns regarding the Government’s recent proposals regarding Personal Social Health and Economic education (PSHE) and Sex and Relationship Education (SRE) and what they mean for Catholic Schools and Colleges.

There has been a great deal of misreporting and misleading information circulated regarding PSHE in schools and therefore we hope this document is of help to parents, schools, staff, governors, members of the Catholic community and the media in helping to set the record straight on this issue.
