The place of silence in the Liturgy - how we pray and worship in our Catholic churches - is something to be embraced and revered. But in the hustle and bustle of our world with its multiple distractions and demands on our time, it can feel counter-cultural to slow down and embrace silence as a way of getting closer to God.
Bishop Alan Hopes, Bishop of East Anglia and Chair of our Liturgy Committee, joins us in the studio for an interview on a new document appropriately titled 'The Place of Silence'.
